Strengths
His play strength is showcased in his ability when making blocks. Gindorff has a great utilization of his hands and when in pursuit making blocks in space. He can create more time for the QB when he passes, protects and can create opportunities for the run game when he blocks. Gindorff can be flexible when making catches and reaching for blocks. The effort and aggression is there when looking at his blocks. He has solid hands and has a solid catch radius as well. Gindorff can be lined up as a fullback or at Tight End..
Weaknessess
Gindorff definitely is not the most explosive or agile receiver. Can be very sloppy route runner and does not have a smooth release from the line of scrimmage. Gindorff has to get better with his timing and getting separation consistently. He has to be more aggressive when catching the football and improve his catch point mentality. His instincts can be inconsistent at times. It was clear in games last year that injuries have affected his leg drive when making blocks. A big concern is with his durability as he has had constant ankle issues through his time at North Dakota State and even broke his Fibula.

I have Grindorff as a 7th Round Prospect, but it would not shock me if he went undrafted.
