Strengths
Fantastic blocker. Big and long TE, who gives his QB a big target. He is a good route runner and really understands his capabilities, as well as what he needs to do at the end of a route to get open. He is a huge threat in the red zone. Great at chipping DEs before running a route, which is a skill not enough tight ends understand. Can always depend on him giving 100%.
Weaknessess
Not the most athletic TE. Doesn't have a lot of break away speed and can be very stiff with his movement. Lateral agility is definitely below average. Not great at pass blocking, over extends himself a lot and will get beat because of it. Inconsistent hands and had a bunch of drops, which is concerning because he didn't get that many targets.
Big Picture
Polijan is a very tall TE, who his team improve in both blocking and receiving. Not the most athletic player, like many current TEs. Will definitely be a touchdown vulture, because he thrives in the red zone. That will help him develop into a more complete player, because I don't think he is a plug and play, but being such a big target will get him on the field early. Though he has some limitations athleticly, he has great field awareness and is an overall smart player who will definitely help improve the TEroom he joins. I think he is a mid round prospect and is going to be a bit of project, but has the chance to be a homerun pick.
