Line Kansas City (-7.5) Over/Under 52 Against the Spread - Tennessee (10-8) Kansas City (11-6)

The tagline for the 2020 AFC Playoffs is “Didn’t see that comin’.” Derrick Henry has carried the Tennessee Titans on his back in three consecutive games against division winners. He is setting records left and right including most rushing yards in two playoff games. The defense has been equally as formidable giving up only 25 points to New England and Baltimore in their home stadiums. The Kansas City Chiefs were down 24-0 to the Houston Texans a little more than a quarter into the game last Sunday. Then promptly scored 51 points in two and a half quarters while only allowing seven to the Texans in the final three frames. Kansas City’s running backs only amassed two yards rushing in the game, making the result that much more unbelievable. The key will be which defense does a better job stopping the opposing offense’s juggernaut in Mahomes or Henry.

The Degenerate Menace Says: I must say that my mouth hung open for 120 minutes of the AFC Divisional Rounds. It has been a while since I saw such dominating performances. It is also amazing to think that the Texans were up 24-0 in the first and losing when halftime rolled around. As far as this matchup goes, I will say it once and I will say it again. The best way to stop a great offense is to keep it off the field. Derrick Henry and the Titans have done that for three consecutive weeks. However, as Mahomes proved last Sunday, the Chiefs can throw up points left and right at the drop of a hat. Look, I know that he is great and all, but I can’t get past the monster that Henry is as well as the previous meeting where Tennessee beat the Chiefs 35-32. Let’s do it again!
