It’s Mock Draft Monday for the fantasy football community!!! I am taking the last mock draft heading into drafts over the next few weeks. This week I’m drafting from pick #12 in a 0.5 PPR format. The mocks are done using Fantasy Pros’ Mock Draft Wizard, and the roster settings for today’s mock are as follows: 1QB, 2RB, 3WR, 1TE, 1Flex (RB/WR/TE), D/ST (team defense), and K, with 0.5 PPR. Let’s see the results!

Overview
Strengths: Even though I went against my strategy of using one of my higher-round picks by selecting a quarterback and tight end where I did, I felt like it paid off by giving me a solid foundation in my starting lineup. Luck, Mixon, Jones, Diggs, and Howard are players I can say, as long as they’re healthy, I envision them never on the bench barring their bye weeks. Mack and Samuel are guys I believe can live up to their selections and if they do, I just need to figure out who I can count on in my flex.
Weaknesses: I am not overly confident with my depth on this roster. I could be one injury away from having to play the guessing game of who I should play every week. Plus, my bench is filled with too many boom-or-bust players entering this year’s fantasy football season. They all could provide me tremendous value or I can see a scenario where most of them aren’t even on my roster at some point of the season. While I do think Penny can provide some value at flex, I don’t think he can be trusted on at this point. Just too many question marks surrounding my flex through the back part of my bench.
Overall: Barring an injury to the core players I mentioned, this is still a roster that should be able to compete week in and week out. Luck could finish as the QB1 this season, Mixon will at least get an RB1 workload volume, Jones will see plenty of targets, Diggs is a solid WR2 that can put up WR1 numbers, and Howard can finish as a Top 5 tight end while being the TE1 during some weeks throughout the season. If Mack and Samuel can provide value, then I can figure out the flex position, then I like the chances of this roster going on a deep playoff run.
