With Week 11 now officially completed, there were a lot of games that had a lot of upset and hopefully you guys survived. As always I will discuss the rules for a survivor pool. It is a weekly contest where people select one team straight up per week to win their game. If a team chosen won, then they advance to the next week, but keep in mind that the team chosen can’t be used for the rest of the season. If a team that they chose for that week loses, well they are eliminated from the pool.

So now that the rules are set it is time for me to give my Top 5 options, a trap pick, and a survivor pick I would have made for the week if it was still alive.

1. Miami Dolphins vs Houston Texans

Easiest Pick to make this week. The Dolphins are coming off a bye, and have plenty of weeks to prepare for this game. The Texans are one of the worst teams in the NFL and Miami is on paper one of the Top Teams in the AFC. Should I go on? The Texans are starting Kyle Allen at QB now and that is enough said there. They are going to be the top team to pick this week and if you have them available, just take them.

2. Kansas City Chiefs vs Los Angeles Rams

Another easy choice to make this week in survivor. The Rams are an injury plagued mess and they have to start Bryce Perkins at QB this week and he is going to have a tough time this week. Especially playing at Arrowhead Stadium which is a very tough place to play in. If you don’t have the Dolphins, I would not sweat taking the Chiefs this week.

3. San Francisco 49ers vs New Orleans Saints

The Saints are going nowhere fast this season. The 49ers, when healthy, are one of the most well built teams in the NFL and are clear Super Bowl contenders this season. With this game being in San Francisco, that makes this game attractive in survivor. They should take care of business against the Saints this week.

4. Seattle Seahawks vs Las Vegas Raiders

The Raider may have beaten the Broncos last week, but they are still on the tank. Plus they are an absolute mess with McDaniels still being the head coach of the Raiders. Plus the Seahawks are coming off a bye and have had plenty of time to prepare for this game. The Seahawks are yet another great choice to make via survivor.

5. Buffalo Bills at Detroit Lions

Look Detroit may be on a hot streak, but they are not on the same level as the Buffalo BIlls are. Plus the Bills played in Detroit Last week so this is kind of neutral territory for both teams. The Bills should take care of business and beat the Detroit Lions in this game. The only reason why the Bills are not higher is that there are so many picks to choose from and the Bills are not the home team like the picks above.

Trap Survivor Pick: Los Angeles Chargers at Arizona Cardinals

Look I get where some fans are going here making the Chargers their survivor pick this week, but the Chargers still have a ton of injury issues. Arizona may have a big distraction with yet another coach being accused of sexual assault and an unknown with the QB position. The Cardinals are still a solid team that is getting healthier and will be home this week. Don’t take the bait here and stay away from the Chargers this week.

Record (5-6) - Week 1: Washington Commanders, Week 2: New England Patriots, Week 3: Buffalo Bills, Week 4: Los Angeles Chargers, Week 5 Tennessee Titans, Week 6: San Francisco 49ers, Week 7: Green Bay Packers Week 8: San Francisco 49ers, Week 9: Cincinnati Bengals, Week 10: Las Vegas Raiders, Week 11: Buffalo Bills

Who I would of went with for my Survivor Pick for Week 11: Miami Dolphins vs Houston Texans

Just take the Miami Dolphins this week if you still have them available. If I was alive in survivor they absolutely would have been my pick this week. I can’t choose the Kansas City Chiefs as they were my pick for Week 10. Seattle and Buffalo I still want to wait on in survivor. I kind of debated maybe the 49ers to avoid the common pick with everyone in the league, but I decided not to. Take the Dolphins and just don’t look back.

Record (7-4) - Week 1: Tennessee Titans, Week 2: Cleveland Browns, Week 3: Philadelphia Eagles, Week 4: New York Giants, Week 5: Denver Broncos, Week 6: Los Angeles Rams, Week 7: Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Week 8: Dallas Cowboys, Week 9: New England Patriots, Week 10: Kansas City Chiefs, Week 11: Washington Commanders
