With Week 15 now officially completed, there were a lot of games that had a lot of upset and hopefully you guys survived. As always I will discuss the rules for a survivor pool. It is a weekly contest where people select one team straight up per week to win their game. If a team chosen won, then they advance to the next week, but keep in mind that the team chosen can’t be used for the rest of the season. If a team that they chose for that week loses, well they are eliminated from the pool. So now that the rules are set it is time for me to give my Top 5 options, a trap pick, and a survivor pick I would have made for the week if it was still alive for Week 16.

1. Buffalo Bills at Chicago Bears

An easy choice to make in Survivor as the Bears season is pretty much done and the Bills want to lock up the division. Excluding Justin Fields here is not really a player on the earsears that is healthy. This game feels like a mismatch as Buffalo should take care of business this week.

2. Kansas City Chiefs vs Seattle Seahawks

I get the Seahawks are better than anticipated, but something feels off about the past few weeks. I don’t know if it is injuries but the Seahawks have not been playing as well as they have the past few weeks. Plus they are facing the Chiefs who want to beat this team convincingly after pulling a Mike Tomlin playing down to competition against the Texans. I would not sweat taking the Chiefs this week.

3. San Francisco 49ers vs Washington Commanders

Look I get the Commanders got screwed due to heinous refball, but the 49ers are just so much better than the Commanders are. Plus the Commanders are an east coast team that has to travel to the west coast to play and that is very tough for teams. Plus the 49ers got better with Brock Purdy as the QB which is a statement I thought I would never say.

4. Baltimore Ravens vs Atlanta Falcons

Baltimore may be without Lamar Jackson and have been playing down to competition the past few weeks. However the Falcons have straight up given up the season and Desmond Ridder did not impress last week as the QB for the Falcons. If you are in a tight spot, the Ravens are a good choice this week.

5. Detroit Lions at Carolina Panthers

Detroit is on such a hot streak right now and are really playing well. They're getting better on both defense and offense along with having the best coach they have had since Jim Caldwell. The Panthers struggled against the Pittsburgh Steelers who are poorly coached (Coordinator wise) and have Trubisky at QB. The Lions are a sleeper choice this week.

Trap Survivor Pick: Minnesota Vikings vs New York Giants

That Vikings vs Colts game last week showed us two things, 1st that Jeff Saturday is clearly not the guy as the head coach and 2nd that the Vikings are frauds. Yes they came back from a 33 point lead, but come on I have not forgotten that disgraceful 1st Half. If they faced a team that was competently coached and not punting this season they would have lost that game. I get the Giants are banged up right now, but they are a still a solid team (Even though the refs helped them last week). I would not touch the Vikings this week.

Record (5-10) - Week 1: Washington Commanders, Week 2: New England Patriots, Week 3: Buffalo Bills, Week 4: Los Angeles Chargers, Week 5 Tennessee Titans, Week 6: San Francisco 49ers, Week 7: Green Bay Packers Week 8: San Francisco 49ers, Week 9: Cincinnati Bengals, Week 10: Las Vegas Raiders, Week 11: Buffalo Bills, Week 12: Los Angeles Chargers, Week 13: Cleveland Browns, Week 14: Buffalo Bills, Week 15 Denver Broncos

Who I would of went with for my Survivor Pick for Week 16: Buffalo Bills at Chicago Bears I can’t choose the Kansas City Chiefs as they were my pick for Week 10. I can’t trust the Baltimore Ravens due to the injuries and inconsistent coaching. The 49ers are an intriguing option, but I don't want to take them this week either and they face Las Vegas in Week 17 and Arizona in week 18. This pick was between the Detroit Lions or Buffalo Bills. I held off of Buffalo way too long and I feel more confident in them than the Detroit Lions. So I would have burned the Bills this week in survivor even if that game is going to be yet another full of snow

Record (10-5) - Week 1: Tennessee Titans, Week 2: Cleveland Browns, Week 3: Philadelphia Eagles, Week 4: New York Giants, Week 5: Denver Broncos, Week 6: Los Angeles Rams, Week 7: Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Week 8: Dallas Cowboys, Week 9: New England Patriots, Week 10: Kansas City Chiefs, Week 11: Washington Commanders, Week 12: Miami Dolphins, Week 13: Baltimore Ravens, Week 14: Las Vegas Raiders, Week 15: Minnesota Vikings
