LAR

Moss has solid agility and plays with speed. He has a lot of strength with how he plays and it is shown through how he can tackle defenders with power. He plays with a lot of physicality as he is willing to engage blockers and takes good pursuit angles. Moss shines when he is in Zone Coverage and even showed flashes when he is in press coverage as well. He has great ball skills and it is showcased through his pass deflections along with interceptions. Moss has the ability to get to the high point in coverage. He is not the most confident or consistent with the way he plays, especially in coverage. Moss does play with aggression, along with playing with a motor. Moss has position versatility as he played snaps at Safety, Cornerback, and on special teams. He is a strong communicator and can easily read the offense by recognizing certain plays

Weaknessess

Moss’s feet are very sloppy and he also has poor posture which affects his balance. The only issue with his run support is that he does not have the cleanest tackling technique and often does not wrap defenders properly. He has to do a better job in man to man coverage as he often gets beaten. Moss needs to improve with recovering quickly when making mistakes and improving being more fluid/smooth with his hips while in coverage. He also has to improve the utilization of his hands as they can get sloppy at times. He needs to do a better job reacting quicker when closing on opportunities as he has a habit of reacting slowly. Moss is not the most consistent or confident with how he plays. Durability is a concern as he had a knee injury in 2021.
