Jaren Hall has decent agility and can be explosive when running in and out of the pocket. Hall does a great job with play action and can move well out of the pocket. Hall has a smooth mechanic throwing the ball and can release the football quickly. He mostly has a smooth delivery throwing to his target and can make accurate throws with short and intermediate targets. Same can be said with his ball placement as some of his throws especially deeper have poor ball placement. Hall is a very strong leader and motivates his team throughout the game. He has a great improvisational ability to keep the drive alive. Hall performed very well and at a great level of production in both the 2021 and 2022 seasons. He is a good decision maker and does a great job making proper pre-snap adjustments if he sees an opportunity. Hall is not the fastest player either and could do a better job with the way he scrambles as he can get sloppy especially with his footwork. He is not the most accurate throwing the ball deeper. and with his poor ball placement. He has to get better at making the big play in important moments of the game. He does not have a rocket arm and his footwork can get sloppy at times, but when he is on point can utilize his feet when moving in the pocket. He is not the most poise in the pocket and can crumble in pressure. Hall has great instincts, but has to do a better job with having better field vision as he can sometimes miss opportunities with wide open players. Durability is a concern as he dealt with Shoulder, Ribs, Hip, and Ankle injuries throughout the past few seasons. He is a bit on the older side being 25 years old.
