Duggan plays with a lot of athleticism and it shows with how agile he is along with his speed. He is a scrambler which showcases his mobility in the pocket and would be a nice fit in an offensive system that has RPO's and play action. Now, he can be accurate with throwing the ball short, intermediate and in deeper throws and has the ability to make big plays in important parts of the game. Duggan has good mechanics and can release the ball quickly. While he does not have a rocket arm, he has good arm strength. Duggan has the characteristics of being a good leader and producing on and off the field. He has strong instincts and makes great decisions. Duggan is not the most explosive player and has to do a better job at avoiding and adapting to pressure. Very inconsistent with his passing ability, especially when it comes to his delivery, accuracy and his ball placement. Footwork needs improvement as it can get sloppy at times. Now he does need to work on being more poise in the pocket as he can easily get pressured into making a decision and cleaning up his consistency with the way he improvises for plays. Must be quicker making pre-snap adjustments and improving his field vision. Durability is a concern as he did have heart surgery in 2020, suffered a broken foot in 2021, and played with multiple injuries in 2022. As of now I have Duggan going as a late 3rd/4th round pick in the 2023 NFL Draft.
