Strengths

Strong forward runner with NFL size, will likely get the ball back to LOS on most running plays. Good burst and acceleration that allows him to get through the first two levels if the hole is there. Runs through tackles. Keeps feet moving. Good vision for ifinding the right lane. Strong blocker once engaged with defender. Strong lower body. Didnt get much workload until his Senior year so there's low mileage there.

Weaknessess

Doesnt have a great final gear, can get caught once he breaks the second level. Isnt as engaged with his blocks when he's out in space. Will get caught standing around away from the play.Decent hands but not someone I'd use on all three downs. Adequate but not great lateral movement skills. Wont make a lot of plays on outside runs, he makes his money in between the tackles.

Big Picture

Long strider who runs with a good lean and strong body to continually produce forward momentum with sufficient enough athleticism to take advantage of holes provided. His skill set has value in todays NFL with RB committees, and could be an useful goal-line back as soon as his rookie year. He runs decisively forward and will most of the times get the ball back to the LOS, there's value in that. Wouldn't be comfortable with him getting the lion's share of the touches out of the backfield, but I believe he'll be an effective rotational piece that you use late in the game as the defense is worn down and/or as a short-yardage option. If coached optimally, there could be some strong potential as a blocker but that is more motivation and mindset based than physical capabilities. I think he would thrive in a Gus Edwards style role.

Good burst with solid acceleration which allows him to get to the next level if the hole is there for him. Doesnt possess the breakaway speed needed to be a 3 down back, limits your offense by not being able to extend plays past the 3rd level. Uses his length well to keep a good foundational base while running but doesnt possess the power you'd think he'd generate from his size

Big Play Ability

Classic North-south inside zone runner with good cut back ability for his size. Doesnt necesarily carry the power you would expect for his size but he will get what is given to him and fall forward while getting there. He doesnt have any recorded fumbles but there was a mismanaged handoff against A&M that would be the only ball security issue that popped up.

Receiving:

6.38

Decent hands but wouldnt send him on any routes down field. More of a checkdown or screen receiver that doesnt need to seperate from a defender in a route.

Uses body and strength well when he puts himself in a position to engage. Strong and foundationally built well to take on blitzers or pass rushers.

Good hard runner with a strong goalline mentality. I feel confident in his ability to will himself to at least get the ball past the line of scrimmage.Stands around and watches the runner when left out in space too often. Needs to engage when not involved

Intelligence:

Doesnt engage as actively as I'd prefer when left in space. Would like hi to seek out people downfield when he doenst get his number called for a ball.
