Strengths
Pooka Williams greatest strength is his ability to change direction on a dime. This quick change of direction paired with incredible speed and acceleration make Williams a touchdown threat every time he touches the ball. Williams is always looking for the cut back, which often results in a big play. While he didn't have stellar numbers in the receiving game, Williams does have the ability to catch passes, which is just another way to get him in space with the ball in his hands. While Williams doesn't have much experience in the return game, he has shown proficiency there, returning 18 kicks for a 24.6 average and a TD his Freshman and Junior year.
Weaknessess
There are a few red flags working against Williams. One is his size. At 5'10, 170 lbs, Williams lacks the size to be an every down back. His other big red flag was his 2020 season. Pooka played just four games before opting out. In his four games, he was averaging just 3.9 ypc, a far cry from the 7.0 and 5.2 ypc he averaged his freshman and sophomore year respectively. The final red flag is the fact that his production dropped each year. Whether this is a result of the talent around him, and increase in usage, or defenses figuring him out is unclear.

Big Picture
Every year, there seems to be a few day 2 or day 3, relatively unknown running backs who break onto the scene. In 2021, that back will be Pooka Williams. Pooka isn't going to be drafted to be an every down guy. He simply lacks the size to touch the ball 25 times per game. However, his speed and quickness makes him a threat every single play. Look for him to be a late day 2 pick, who will be drafted to be a change of pace back. Getting him just 10-12 touches per game can be a difference maker for whichever team drafts him.
